Backline employs reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Filmmakers are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials are rights‑clear and legally compliant.
Submission materials may be retained for internal reference unless a filmmaker requests removal. Hosted films remain available only for the duration of the watch window or catalog period.
